Solids Control & Centrifuges

Dryers

Dryers are the preferred method for maximizing recovery of oil- and water-based fluids and can reduce drilling waste by up to 50%. PGS provides both mobile and skid-mounted drying units, designed to operate efficiently in limited spaces, serve multiple rigs, and deliver lower volumes of waste. Skid-mounted units are ideal for pad drilling and high-capacity operations.

High G DRYER

Advanced high-gravity drying technology for maximum fluid recovery and waste reduction. Ideal for high-volume operations and pad drilling applications.

 

Thermal Desorption

Thermal desorption uses indirect heating to vaporize oil from inorganic solids in an anaerobic environment. This process treats solid to semi-solid wastes with organic contaminants. PGS offers advanced thermal solutions that help clients operate in environmentally sensitive areas while minimizing costs and removing contaminants efficiently.

Auger Systems

Our Auger Systems enable zero-discharge, high-throughput handling of drill cuttings. By eliminating the need for a track hoe to transfer cuttings to a dryer or haul them offsite, the system minimizes the risk of environmental spills at drilling locations.
